HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Shipping is Free on all orders over $50. We use Star Track for all Australian deliveries, except those to PO Box addresses where we use Australia Post.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: International Shipping is Free for all orders over $100AUD
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
If items you order are in stock it will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. In order to get our orders out to you as quickly as possible we have automated the shipping process and this means we’re not always able to make changes. Please make sure you correctly input your address. We all make mistakes and sometimes the excitement of making a purchase can be overwhelming. If you do make an error please email email@example.com so that we can try and correct the mistake.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We offer next day delivery to capital cities, major centres and metro areas and 2-3 day delivery to regional, rural and remote locations. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $50. Next day delivery orders must be placed before Midday AEST
International orders can be expected within 10-15 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
StarTrack Express orders received before Midday AEST will be sent that day. We endeavour to process all other orders within 24 hours, except during busy sale or new product launch periods where processing may take up to 48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note, during sale periods or within 5 days of a new collection there may be some delays. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped, this email will also contain your tracking number.

We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and After Pay.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We want you to love your online purchase from Arnhem. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item/s you've purchased.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for full price items and 14 days for sale items.
Items received outside this period may not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
