ARNHEM ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your online purchase from Arnhem. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item/s you've purchased.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for full price items and 14 days for SALE items. No refunds on SALE items, we can offer a credit or an exchange only. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We apologise if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault to sales@arnhem.co for further inspection. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include a replacement, refund or credit, depending on available inventory. We have a 1 month faulty claim period for all of our garments ~ Please note, this excludes general wear and tear. Any manufacturer fault should be known within one month of the purchase date.

Simply complete our online returns form above. Please ensure you include your Order Number with your return, this number can be found in your Order Confirmation email. 


SWIMWEAR & INTIMATES

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of underwear and swimmer bottoms.


SHOES

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We cannot accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.


GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers may non-refundable and are valid for three year from the date of issue.

INSTORE RETURNS

Only full price items can be returned to our Byron Bay store.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost. Arnhem is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.


RETURNS IN PERSON

Please note, we are unable to accept online returns in person at our Head Office.
